Lauren Cortazzo, the founder and owner of Vivid Growth & Wellness, is an Australian Counselling Association (ACA) Registered Therapist, Coach, and Educator based in Melbourne.

 

With an extensive background, qualifications and training in Counselling, Therapeutic Behaviour Change, Justice, Social Work and Well-being, Lauren previously worked for the Department of Justice and Community Safety. There, she supported an array of clients both in the community and within high-risk prisons, addressing mental health, complex trauma, substance abuse, homelessness and criminal offending. 

Following a rewarding yet challenging career in Criminal Justice, Lauren took a leap of faith, pursuing a new path and her true passion - Holistic Wellness, Healing and Self-Development- leading to the creation of Vivid Growth & Wellness.

 

Inspired by her own experiences with inner-conflict, anxiety, grief and severe burnout, Lauren fell in love with approaching mental health and wellness through a holistic lens. Doing so helped her release internal pressure and external expectations, reconnecting back with her authenticity and finding ease, safety and joy within herself and her life.

 

Today, Lauren is passionate about helping others to do the same, providing a safe space where they feel fully seen, heard and supported in the healing process. 

 

To date, Lauren has supported, mentored and educated over a thousand individuals on their journey, empowering them to better prioritise themselves, making self-belief, intentional living and inspired action their new norm.
