SESSION OUTLINE
SESSION 1
WHERE’S YOUR HEAD AT?
We are kicking off our journey with a bang by taking a closer look at common mindset blocks and how to identify distorted thinking. You will leave this session with a deeper awareness and understanding of your main mindset blocks and how to hold space for yourself to identify your truth vs. your inner-critic.
SESSION 2
WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?
This juicy session will see us exploring where our inner-critic, limiting beliefs and negative narratives derive from. We will be taking a closer look at our recurring patterns, triggers and lifelong blocks and you will learn how to mindfully move through these blocks through inner-child awareness and shadow-work.
SESSION 3
THE HOLISTIC APPROACH
Call 3 is nothing short of expansive! This is where we will look at an aligned and growth mindset being a ‘team effort’ through the mind-body connection. You will learn how to better create safety in the body through grounding and somatic exercises in order to welcome in more connection, calm and alignment in your mind.
SESSION 4
PERMISSION TO EVOLVE
We are finishing off our journey with a memorable session where you will learn practical ways to call out and manage fear and limiting beliefs as they arise.
You will also learn the power of reprogramming and unsubscribing to old narratives for more self-empowerment.
