Lauren is a warm, intuitive, empathetic and passionate ACA Registered Counsellor and Holistic Coach from Melbourne, Victoria with an extensive background, qualifications and training in Therapeutic Behaviour Change, Social Work and Wellbeing. 

 

Prior to working for herself, Lauren worked for the Department of Justice & Community Safety which saw her supporting many clients facing issues around mental health, substance abuse, complex trauma and criminal offending. During a rewarding yet challenging career working with clients both in the community and in a high-security prison, Lauren found herself feeling burnt out, disconnected, unaligned and uninspired. As an extremely intuitive and spiritual being, Lauren began to lean into the discomfort, forcing her to question her current path and kickstart her healing journey back home to self. 

 

Lauren birthed Vivid Growth & Wellness when she began to follow her inner nudges to explore mental health, wellness and healing through a holistic lens. This then led Lauren to take a leap of faith, seeing her leave her 9-5 career in the Criminal Justice field to pursue her true passion- Holistic Coaching & Counselling, Wellbeing and Spirituality. Lauren was ready to start living her truth while helping other women do the same and feel fully supported and empowered in the process.

 

Lauren is a firm believer in discomfort and disconnection being an invitation for change and growth. Lauren is dedicated to helping individuals better navigate life changes, disconnect and growing pains, empowering them to get unstuck, becoming their own safe space and biggest supporter, and cultivate more balance and sustainable, long-term, positive change.
